In this blog post, we’re looking at new content we have on our Anomaly screens and with today being International Day of Democracy, we’re going to look at how our content is helping schools to highlight democracy within their school community. In 2007, the United Nations General Assembly resolved to observe International Day of Democracy with the purpose of promoting and upholding the principles of democracy. With this in mind, we’ve created content tailored to improve understanding of what a democratic society is, how Britain is run and how this differs from other governments around the world. Anomaly Content We’ve produced content which aims to give students a better understanding of the values of democracy, respect and how Britain is run. The content covers everything from explaining what democracy is (with helpful examples related to the classroom) to examining the different types of government used to run other countries around the world. Different Governments    Democracy More content is planned around this subject of democracy and values and you can find current content available in the library on the Anomaly Content Manager. If you struggle to find the content or put it into your playlist to show on your screens, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
