Anomaly and World Book Day 2016

Every year, schools all over the UK dress up as their favourite characters from books with one simple reason in mind, to celebrate World Book Day. World Book Day is back and that’s why we’re writing a blog post to highlight the work Anomaly has been doing to promote the day. The annual event – celebrating authors, illustrators and reading – sees kids from all over the UK dress as their favourite characters. Every year we see schools embracing World Book Day and that’s why, this year, we’re going to be pushing out tailored content relevant to the annual event. The content that we have created talks in detail about the historic event and how it’s possible for students to receive FREE books! We talked in a previous blog post about “what’s on for March” we highlighted the work that we will be carrying out with the event and how we’re going to be pushing out the event. We’ve produced content which talks about World Book Day and how you can use your book voucher to get a free book. The content also talks about the past of the event and shows how long the event has been around.
