Frequently asked questions by Anomaly schools

In this blog post, you can discover some frequently asked questions from schools that already have our digital noticeboards. If you enjoy this blog post, we encourage you to share it around your existing social media channels.

Are there any tutorials for the Anomaly service?
Whilst there are no tutorials regarding our Anomaly screens, we have begun developing a YouTube channel which is catered towards the filming and editing side of the Anomaly service. Our YouTube channel will take a look at Anomaly Film which is a portable green screen studio designed for schools. Each video explores a different issue that schools may face whilst using the system as well as offering an appropriate solution to that problem. In addition to taking a look at our YouTube videos, we have plenty of resources on the Anomaly blog which should help tackle any minor issues or schools may face.

What support is involved with Anomaly?
This is one of our more frequently asked questions. One of the main things we pride ourselves on at Anomaly is our ability to offer first class customer support. At our Salford office, we have an experienced team who regularly check up with our schools to ensure that they are making use out of their Anomaly equipment. If you’re ever struggling with the service you’re receiving or you’d just like a general chat, give us a call as soon as possible.

How can I use my Anomaly Film kit?
We understand that it may be hard to keep up to date with trends and news. With that in mind, we also understand how hard it can be to keep inspired when using our kit. To combat this we have various amounts of resources to help you keep inspired. Combining both our blog and YouTube channel you’ll never be struggling for content again.
