Whether you’re a teacher or a student, having a good working environment can be key to reducing stress levels. Create a regular schedule; know what you will be doing on each day and when you will be doing it. Having a positive working space can help you plan ahead. It can even be simple things like packing your bag the night before and knowing what you’re wearing in the morning can really help to reduce stress. Set aside time in your day to do assignments and other miscellaneous tasks. Once you have things planned, your stress levels will reduce dramatically. It’s also important to clear out any clutter from your revision space, desk or anywhere where you might be planning on doing any work. Just sitting in a cluttered room can create stress.
