Kingsway Primary School
The first school in focus is Goole based school, Kingsway Primary School. Kingsway Primary School have been one of schools for a very long time. Last year they produced content which highlighted what it meant to them to be British. Utilising green screen technology in their school to produce a video about the subject, Kingsway demonstrated excellent knowledge related to British Values. Kingsway showed their ability to use a digital media alternative to learning in their school and judging by their video, they did a very good job too! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pXaFduViX1I St Winefride’s Catholic Primary School
Our next school in focus, St Winefride’s Catholic Primary School, in Bradford have made use of green screen technology to interview their parish Priest, Fr. Paul and created short film which can be broadcast to the whole school using their Anomaly Screen in the playground. By broadcasting this video on their Anomaly Screen, they are able to reiterate the school’s religious beliefs and values to the whole school community, including parents and visitors. Promoting British Values is an excellent way to help teach St. George’s Day in schools. In addition to British Values, why not display content related to St. George’s Day on your Anomaly schools? Better yet you can make use of your Anomaly Film kit to produce a video which highlights key facts and puts your pupils at the heart of St. George’s Day.
